PREDICTABLY CHAOTIC — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Predictably Chaotic website, online store, products, services, content, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “Predictably Chaotic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Predictably Chaotic and its applicable owners and operators.
By accessing our website, using our Services, or purchasing a product from Predictably Chaotic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our Services or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws through your use of the Services.
2. Online Store Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, restrict purchases, or otherwise decline transactions when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, abuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.
Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that any product will remain available or be restocked.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
However, colors and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing variation, or other factors outside our control.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Minor manufacturing variations may occur.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and applicable sizing information before purchasing.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate prices, promotional errors, product information errors, or other mistakes appearing on the Services.
If an incorrect price or material product error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund rather than being required to honor the erroneous information.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include, without limitation:
- Product or inventory availability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment authorization problems
- Pricing or listing errors
- Incorrect customer information
- Technical errors
- Suspected unauthorized resale or bulk purchasing
- Abuse of discounts or promotions
- Violations of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue the appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
6. Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Shipping
Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Predictably Chaotic is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, customs processing, labor disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
8. Lost, Stolen, and Delivered Packages
If a package appears to have been lost while in transit, contact us at predictablychaoticsupport@gmail.com so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.
Predictably Chaotic is generally not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the address supplied by the customer, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Predictably Chaotic does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal fit preference
- An unwanted item after purchase
- Other preference-based reasons
Customers should carefully review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and sizing information before purchasing.
This policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, contact:

within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, Predictably Chaotic may provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
We reserve the right to reasonably investigate claims before issuing a replacement or refund.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders generally cannot be changed or canceled after entering processing or fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for verifying their size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before completing checkout.
If you discover an error, contact predictablychaoticsupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may attempt to assist, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
12. Limited-Edition Products and Drops
Certain Predictably Chaotic products may be released in limited quantities or for limited periods.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully processed and accepted.
Placement of an item in a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory.
We are not obligated to reproduce, restock, or otherwise make a limited product available again.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discounts, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers:
- Cannot be combined with other offers;
- Have no cash value;
- May be limited to certain products, customers, locations, or periods; and
- May be modified or discontinued where legally permitted.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders involving fraudulent, unauthorized, manipulated, or abusive use of promotional offers.
14. Resale
Unless otherwise expressly authorized by us, Predictably Chaotic products are offered primarily for personal use.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that reasonably appear to involve unauthorized commercial resale, automated purchasing, or other activity that interferes with fair access to limited products.
Nothing in this section restricts lawful resale rights that cannot legally be restricted.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Predictably Chaotic name, logos, original graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, website content, written material, branding elements, and other original content owned by Predictably Chaotic are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not, without applicable authorization:
- Reproduce our copyrighted content for commercial purposes;
- Use our trademarks in a manner likely to cause confusion about source, sponsorship, or affiliation;
- Sell counterfeit Predictably Chaotic merchandise;
- Impersonate Predictably Chaotic;
- Misrepresent yourself as an authorized Predictably Chaotic retailer, representative, partner, or employee; or
- Remove proprietary notices from our content.
These Terms do not prohibit uses independently permitted by applicable law, including applicable fair-use or other statutory rights.
16. User Submissions
If the Services allow you to submit reviews, photographs, comments, messages, or other material, you retain whatever ownership rights you otherwise hold in your original content.
By intentionally submitting content for public display through our Services, you grant Predictably Chaotic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the applicable Services, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the material.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
17. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to engage in fraud, interfere with the operation or security of the website, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape the Services in violation of applicable law or technical restrictions, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, or otherwise use the Services unlawfully.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Predictably Chaotic, our customers, or third parties.
18. Predictably Chaotic Media and Entertainment Content
Predictably Chaotic may produce podcasts, interviews, videos, social-media posts, comedy, satire, fictional scenarios, promotional material, and other entertainment content.
Certain entertainment content may contain parody, satire, fictional scenarios, exaggerated statements, jokes, or deliberately absurd premises.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, such entertainment content should not be interpreted as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.
The appearance or discussion of third parties in our content does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social-media services, shipping providers, or other services.
Predictably Chaotic does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their separate content, policies, availability, or practices except to the extent required by applicable law.
Your interactions with third parties may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
20. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website or Services will operate continuously, securely, or without interruption or error.
We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of the Services where reasonably necessary.
We are not responsible for temporary unavailability resulting from maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, technical failures, cyber incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predictably Chaotic and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Predictably Chaotic for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predictably Chaotic and its applicable owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
24. Fraud and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and provide relevant transaction, shipping, delivery, communication, and policy information to payment processors, financial institutions, or other appropriate parties when responding to payment disputes or suspected fraud.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising lawful dispute or consumer-protection rights.
25. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.
26. Electronic Communications
By contacting us electronically or using the Services, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically where permitted by law.
Transactional communications may include order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer-service messages, security notices, and other communications necessary to complete or administer a transaction.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any consent or opt-out requirements.
27. Force Majeure
Predictably Chaotic will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government actions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, widespread telecommunications failures, supplier disruptions, or similar events, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
28. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
29. Disputes
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you and Predictably Chaotic are encouraged to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
31. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference—including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy—constitute the applicable agreement between you and Predictably Chaotic concerning use of the Services, except where separate written terms expressly apply.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that have already accrued where prohibited by applicable law.
