Predictably Chaotic — Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited nature of our products and production quantities, Predictably Chaotic does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, or unwanted items.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the products we sell. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact predictablychaoticsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, Predictably Chaotic will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing & Fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. Measurements and size charts are provided on product pages to assist with sizing.

Differences in personal fit preference do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered processing or fulfillment.

Please verify your shipping address, size, color, and other order information before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Predictably Chaotic is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks the order as delivered.

If your package appears to have been lost while in transit, please contact predictablychaoticsupport@gmail.com so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks & Order Issues

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact predictablychaoticsupport@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute. We ask that customers provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate order issues.
